Smiths Beach

Located near Yallingup, Smiths Beach on Western Australia's spectacular Cape to Cape coastline, is a favourite beach stretching in a long, elegant curve, where it offers expansive views of the Indian Ocean. Here, a variety of natural elements lend themselves beautifully to both wide-angle landscapes and intimate coastal vistas. With its powerful waves, pristine shoreline, and textured limestone formations, Smiths Beach captures the raw yet refined character of the Margaret River Region.

Throughout the day, as the light shifts, the clarity of the reef beneath the surface becomes obvious, the blues in the ocean are remarkable, and the golden, warm tones appear as they spill across the dunes and cliffs. Compositions here are naturally presented and patience pays off when I let Mother Nature do her best work.
