Collection: The Aquarium
The Aquarium, tucked between Yallingup and Canal Rocks on Western Australia's dramatic Cape to Cape coastline, is a secluded natural rock pool renowned for its beauty. This sheltered pocket of coastline feels like a hidden sanctuary, where the Indian Ocean's energy softens into calm, glassy shallows. The contrast between the still, jewel-coloured pool and the powerful surf crashing just beyond the rocks creates a dynamic environment that I love exploring.
At The Aquarium, the surrounding rock platforms offer natural leading lines and elevated vantage points, while the protected pool provides opportunities for reflective compositions and intimate detail shots. I often find a vivid spectrum of colour and clarity around the pool, especially with the shifting light of day and ever-changing weather of our seasons.
